Today's block is Friendship Quilt, done in two keyboard fabrics and a random magenta paisley. I like how the value is less contrasting than the one in the calendar - a little more muddled.
I am getting really close to being finished with that wicked French monkey. I feel sure I'll be completely done tomorrow; I just have to make the ears, decorate his fez and waistcoat with gold embroidery, and finish his assembly. Hooray for a day off! Thanks, Government Employment!
