My hand started bothering me last Monday. The pain slowly spread until yesterday when I could no longer move my hand or wrist comfortably, and my fingers started to swell. The ER put my right forearm in a splint, gave me a sling, and gave me a referral to Occupational Health. My appointment there is on Friday, and until then I am seriously out of commission.
