In May I attended Sephora Prestige Night (I don't know if that's the name everywhere, but in Spain they called it that way). It's a day when you can buy from 19.30h to 22h (approximately) with a 15% discount (you have to have be invited to attend this "Shopping Night", and you can go with a friend).
I went on my own and I had a great time drinking cocktails and having my makeup done by a makeup artist from Benefit.
So, as you can imagine...I ended up buying some things from Benefit. I only wanted to buy one single thing (MUFE Brush Cleanser) but...I had to buy Benefit's products. They are great! I don't know how I could live without Sugarbomb until now. It's the perfect blush (*___*)
Benefit's stand in my local Sephora has been installed this month, so that's why I bought some things without thinking about what I was buying. I just wanted to try everything!
En Mayo fui a la Noche Prestige de Sephora. Es un día en el que podemos comprar de 19.30h a 22h (más o menos) con un 15% de descuento (para ir tienes que recibir una invitación y puedes llevar a un/a amigo/a).
Yo fui sola y me lo pasé genial bebiendo cocktails mientras me maquillaba una chica en Benefit.
Así que, como podéis imaginar...acabé comprando cositas de Benefit. Sólo iba con la intención de comprar una única cosa (el limpiador de brochas de MUFE), pero...tenía que comprar productos de Benefit. ¡Me encantan! No sé cómo he podido vivir sin el Sugarbomb hasta ahora. Es un colorete perfecto (*___*)
Tengo que deciros que aquí el stand de Benefit en Sephora lo han instalado este mes, así que por eso compré algunas cosas sin pensarlo, simplemente quería probar todo a la vez! jaja
MUFE Brush Cleanser
I haven't tried MAC's one, but I think they are pretty similar, and they cost the same, though I think MAC's one have 250ml and this one has 210ml.
No he probado el de MAC, pero creo que son muy parecidos, y me parece que cuestan sobre el mismo precio, aunque creo que el de MAC trae 250ml y éste trae 210ml.
Sephora Body Butter Chocolate Toffee
I like Sephora Body Butters, they smell great (*___*) I have to admit that I prefer The Body Shop Body Butters (I have 4 or 5 at home), but they are more expensive.
Me gustan las mantecas corporales de Sephora, huelen genial (*___*) Pero tengo que admitir que prefiero las de The Body Shop (tengo 4 ó 5 en casa), pero son más caras.
Benefit Sugarbomb
I really recommend this blush! I don't usually like blushes that aren't pink, because I'm really pale and I don't like how peach, coral, etc. look on me. But after trying this...I've just fallen in love with it.
Recomiendo totalmente este colorete! Normalmente no me gustan los coloretes que no son rosas, porque soy súper blanquita y no me gusta mucho como me quedan los corales, melocotones, etc. (aunque los uso igualmente...) Pero después de probar éste...simplemente es que me he enamorado de él y lo uso a diario.
Benefit The POREfessional
I've tried it for a few days and I think it's like many other primers...from my experience I can tell you that all the primers do basically the same...so if you don't want to spend a lot of money in a primer, you can try the one from Sephora or Hean.
If you don't mind to pay more, I recommend you MUFE's primer or Benefit That Gal.
I like this primer, but I think it's expensive and it does the same as other cheaper primers.
He estado probando este primer unos días y me parece que es igual que cualquier otro primer...por mi experiencia os puedo decir que todos los primers hacen básicamente lo mismo...así que si no queréis gastaros mucho dinero en un primer podéis probar el de Sephora o el de Hean.
Si no os importa pagar más, os recomiendo el de MUFE o el That Gal de Benefit.
Este primer no es que no me guste, me gusta y hace su trabajo, simplemente es que me parece que es igual que otros muchos primers más baratos. Y ojo! Que el de MUFE y el That Gal también me parecen iguales a los demás...pero ya sabéis que soy una caprichosa y siempre me los acabo comprando jaja
Benefit Powderflage Set
I had read a lot of great reviews about this product...but I have to tell you that I regret buying it. You can achieve the same results just using your face powders (loose or compact).
Había leído un montón de reviews muy buenas de este producto...pero os tengo que decir que yo me arrepiento de comprarlo. Creo que podéis conseguir el mismo resultado usando los polvos de la cara que uséis habitualmente (sueltos o compactos).
2 Sephora Mini Eyeshadows
I got these two mini eyeshadows as a "Birthday present"...I haven't used them because I don't like them. I got them because they were free...they were a "present" for my birthday but...they aren't colors I use, so I haven't tried them.
I think that I've they are going to give you a present, they could give you a better one, don't you think? Obviously, I don't ask for a full size Benefit product, nor MUFE, Chanel, Lancôme, or any of those brands...But I don't know...let us choose the colors or something like that.
Estas dos mini sombras las pillé porque fue mi cumpleaños y eran el regalo que hace Sephora por el cumpleaños...si os soy sincera, no las he usado porque no me gustan. Las cogí porque eran gratis...y eran un "regalo" por mi cumpleaños pero...no son colores que use habitualmente, así que ni siquiera las he probado aún.
Creo que si te van a hacer un regalo por el cumpleaños, podrían darte algo mejor, ¿no? Obviamente, no pido un producto entero de Benefit, ni MUFE, Chanel, Lancôme, o como lo quieras llamar...pero no sé...por lo menos dejarnos elegir los colores o algo así. Porque creo que esto es como desperdiciar un producto...vale, lo cojo porque me lo dieron gratis por el cumpleaños y demás, no lo voy a rechazar (obviamente, prácticamente nadie rechaza algo gratis, no?) Pero no sé...hay gente que, como yo, no lo va a usar porque no es su estilo, no le gusta, o lo que sea...por lo tanto, es derrochar un producto que podría aprovecharlo otra persona.
