Bésame Cosmetics

Bésame Cosmetics is a brand founded by Gabriela Hernandez, an immigrant from Argentina who went to live to the US when she was 12, in 2004.

What I’ve tried from this brand are some samples from their lipsticks and their Sweetheart balms.

Bésame Cosmetics es una marca fundada por Gabriela Hernandez, inmigrante argentina que se fue a vivir a los Estados Unidos cuando tenía 12 años, en 2004.

Si visitáis su web (http://www.besamecosmetics.com/) os daréis cuenta de que el packaging de los productos es realmente precioso, muy cuidado y elegante.

Lo que he probado de esta marca han sido unas muestras de sus labiales y de sus Sweethart balms.

I don’t have swatches of the products (sorry!) but I promise I’ll do a post showing you how they look like on my lips.

I’ve used these lipsticks a lot of times, they’re really moisturizing, which is essential for my lips.

As you can see the colours are different kinds of reds, from the lighter to the darkest. All the colours are just perfect for dramatic looks or night looks. Well, I have to admit that I use these lipstick for everyday looks…it’s just my style.

About the balms, they’re moisturizing too, but I prefer lip balms in tubes, because for me they’re easy to apply. I find it difficult to apply the lip balms when they’re in pots like that. They moisturize a lot, but I won’t use them as lip balms, I’ll use them more as shimmers for your lips for a natural look.

No tengo swatches de los productos (lo siento!), pero os prometo que haré un post para mostraros cómo quedan los labiales en mis labios.

He usado estos labiales muchísimo hasta ahora, y realmente hidratan bastante, lo que es totalmente esencial para mis labios.

Como podéis ver, los colores son todos diferentes tipos de rojos, desde el más claro hasta el más oscuro. Son colores perfectos para un look más dramático o de noche. Pero bueno, yo tengo que admitir que los uso para looks de diario…es mi estilo.

Sobre los bálsamos, deciros que también son bastante hidratantes, pero prefiero los bálsamos en tubos, porque me parece más fáciles d aplicar. Yo encuentro difícil aplicarme los bálsamos cuando vienen en tarritos de este tipo. Hidratan bastante, pero no los usaría como bálsamos, yo los usaría más como shimmers para los labios para llevar un look más natural.
