Here is today's block, Thrifty, made hastily and with poor color choices because I got home late from platelet donation. The blood center where I donate is currently duing HLA (human leukocyte antigen) typing, which in a nutshell helps people who regularly need blood products from developing antibodies against the blood donated to them. If they find a match in Western Washington, most of my donations won't be going to support blood banks - I'll be donating to support that person. Not everyone finds a match, but I thought it was kind of neat.
